We are committed to improving access to essential healthcare services for the underserved populations of Azad Kashmir. Through our network of dispensaries, we provide free medical treatment and medicines to individuals living in rural and border areas, where healthcare facilities are often scarce or non-existent. Our mission is to ensure that every person, regardless of location or financial status, receives the care they need to live a healthy life. By bringing doctors, medicines, and hope closer to home, we are working to build a healthier and more equitable future for the people of Azad Kashmir
Al Mohafiz Founation made Dispensaries in Mang, Patan Sher Khan, Sudhnoti,Palendari,Bhedi ,Abasspur and Haveli Azad Kashmir.We give free treatment to undeserved people of kashmir they are poor and there is not any health facility for them so we aim to provide more such facilities and save them from dying.
In 2014 Zamir Bukhari realised there is a need of hospitals and medical treatment unit in rural areas of Kashmir he started a campaign and take donation also put from his side and Establish a First Dispencary Syeda Fatima tu Zahra Dispencary in Patan Sher Khan in 2014 later so on he established in different areas of Kashmir.
